How I help students at Lyceum to pass their English Matura!

Danuta – 16 to 17 years old – Matura Examination Candidate

Danuta was sixteen years old when she came to me. She came to me for two years during the class 1 and class 2 of Lyceum. She came to me once a week for speaking practice, reading and listening. She took the extended English Matura Examination. When Danuta first came, she knew English well but she was very shy and did not speak. She was very quiet in her class at school. After six months of lessons with me, she started to speak more and more at school and she did very well in her Matura exams.

Maria – 18 years old – Matura Examination Candidate

Maria was fifteen years old when she first came to me. She came to me once a week for three years. She came to me for conversation, reading and listening. She took the extended English Matura Examination. We practiced the examination conversation tests. She passed the speaking test with a mark of 90 percent. When she first came to me, Maria was very quiet and did not want to say anything. After three years, she went to a horse-riding camp in England. When she came back, she told me that she was speaking with everybody fluently in English and had no problems understanding what they said. She said that some people were surprised when they found out that she did not live in England.
